Musa ‚Sapo‘

 

Cook and food banana

 

One about 10 feet tall Brazilian cultivar with poor fruit quality, it belongs probably to the group ABB oder BBB, it belongs to the section Musa. The fruits are short, thick and angular, the pulp should taste more fade and is also more hard, is also more used as animal food, used only as cook banana for human food.

 

Until today this cultivar is still unknown in Europe.

 

Since 16th September 2009 I have this cultivar in my yard in Lucianópolis, best thanks to Helton Josué and his wife Emilene.
