Musa ‘Da Terra’

Fruit Banana, Plantain

One more than 10 to 13 feet tall Brazilian cultivar, which belongs probably to the group BBB and to the section Musa. The fruit quality is to compare with the of one plantain and the fruits are to one foot long.

Yet it is not introducted to Europe, the culture is like the of Musa ‚Dwarf Cavendish’ and 'Roxa'.

Since 16th September 2009 I have this cultivar in my yard, best thanks to Helton Josué and his wife.
