One interesting natural hybrid from Brazil, both cross partners orginate from the section Rhodochlamys. Both cross easily together because they both are from the same section. The cross seems to be intermediate. The form of the fruits are more likely the of Musa ornata, the color of the fruits more like Musa velutina syn. dasycarpa, at the same the color of the flowers.
